After obtaining the National Pokedex and speaking with Mr. Backlot to learn what monsters are spawning on any given day, Pokémon BD & SP players can visit the Trophy Garden.

In Pokémon BD & SP’s Trophy Garden, trainers can find unusual/rare Pokémons. Trainers may also have a chance on capturing rare baby Pokémons.

In BD & SP, Route 212 leads to the Pokémon Mansion. The enormous estate belongs to Mr. Backlot. Just outside the back door, you’ll find the Trophy Garden.

Here are all of the Pokémons you’ll come across:

Roselia Pikachu Kricketune Staravia Pichu
Meowth Bonsley Happiny Chansey
Azurill Cleffa Clefairy Porygon
Mime Jr. Castform Igglybuff Jigglypuff
Marill Plusle Minun Eevee
  • To begin, you must first finish the Sinnoh Pokédex. To complete this, you’ll only need one copy of the game and one playthrough.
  • Trainers just have to encounter one of each Pokémon, not catch them, and you can do this at any time during the main game. Players only need to register all 150 Sinnoh-native Pokemon to do so.
  • If you’re having trouble reading the legendary box of the other copy, Dialga or Palkia, ask Cynthia’s grandmother for assistance.
  • However, because the garden is so easily accessible, there are some Pokémon that you won’t be able to obtain until you unlock the National Pokédex.

The Pokémon you encounter here will be at a low level even after you’ve unlocked the National Dex. If you’ve reached the stage in the game where you’ve obtained the National Dex, your party Pokémon are likely to be high level, so stock up on Quick Balls.
