Terra Maledicta: Radio Antenna Quest Guide (Vanguard Zombies)

One secret quest players can take in Terra Maledicta involves hidden radio messages. Completing this quest will lead to a Death Machine mini-gun you can use to wipe out zombies. Doing this can be a fun alternative to portal missions and yield additional rewards. Here’s what you need to do to complete the quest.

Start Digging

The first thing you need to start the quest is the shovel. It is an optional collectible that you can find randomly spawning in the following locations:

  • Debris Field
  • Market Storage
  • Outpost Courtyard Tents

Once you get one, begin digging at buried treasure locations. These will spawn in different areas, so go for them when you find them. If you can’t find any more, advance to the next round to respawn new buried treasure. You’ll need to keep digging until you get the Radio Antenna.

Radio Messages

Once you have the antenna, go to Merchant Road, and you’ll see a radio next to an armored vehicle. Placing the antenna there will start the quest. From there, you’ll have to interact with radios in three locations. Interacting with each radio will spawn explosive zombies you need to kill. The radios are randomized and may appear in:

  • Bazaar: Near the Diabolical Damage power-up
  • Debris Field: Near Venomous Vigor
  • Market Storage: Inside the small room

After interacting with the last radio, you’ll spawn brutes. Kill them, and then a reward chest will appear, containing the mini-gun.
