The Binding Of Isaac: Unlock All Characters

The Binding of Isaac is a two-dimensional sprite-based top-down dungeon crawler game in which the player controls Isaac or other unlockable characters as they explore Isaac’s underground dungeons.

Azazel
  • Azazel can be unlocked by making three bargains with the Devil in a single run.

Apollyon

    • To open this door, you must combine two crucial components, both of which are difficult to open.
  2. First, when playing as ???, you must defeat The Lamb.
    • To be able to unlock them After that, you must obtain two Angel Rooms and beat the Angel boss inside those two. The fights are started by bombing the angel statue in the center of the room.

Jacob & Esau
  1. To begin, you must obtain the achievement “A Secret Exit.” This is accomplished through defeating repentance bosses like as Baby Plum, Reap Creep, and The Pile, who are normal bosses found in Basement and Depths.
    • Once that’s done, a locked door will appear at the end of Basement, which may be opened with a key to lead you to Downpour.
    • On one of those floors, there will be a room with a white fireplace that, when touched, will change you into The Lost. This will allow you to enter the Mirrored World through a mirror, locate the Treasure Room, and obtain Knife Piece 1.
  2. After the conclusion of Downpour, a new door will appear that requires two bombs to open.
    • This will transport you to Mines. A room with a minecart on a damaged track and a boarded-up door will spawn there.
    • To fix the railway, find three yellow buttons on the floor and press them, then touch the minecart. Knife Piece 2 will be found inside the room, which when combined will form Mom’s Knife.
  3. At the end of Mines, there will be a door that will cost two hearts to open, but The Lost will be able to enter for free.
    • This is the entrance to the Mausoleum. When you reach the bottom of this floor and fight Mom, a meaty door will appear.
    • It will open if you stab it with the knife. Inside, defeat Mom’s Heart, and a room will appear, containing the Corpse entrance.
  4. Once you’ve completed Corpse, the Mother battle will begin. Be prepared for a multi-stage confrontation, and overcoming her will unlock Jacob and Esau.

  • To access Magdalene, you must have seven heart containers at the same time.
  • There are a lot of objects that grant more heart containers, and they’re very abundant on the early floors, so you should have no issue getting her.
  • HP: 4 x Full Red Hearts
  • Damage: 3.5
  • Range: 6.5
  • Speed: 0.85
The Forgotten
  1. The most difficult character to unlock is this one, with secrets layered on top of secrets.
    • To begin, play as any character and fight the boss on the first level in under a minute (a sound effect will play to signal success). Next, proceed to the floor’s beginning room, which should be obscured by the shadow of a shovel.
    • The Broken Shovel item will appear if you place a bomb anywhere in the room. This thing makes Mom want to stomp on you all the time, so be careful.
  2. You must reach the Depths in under 20 minutes to defeat Mom, which unlocks the Boss Rush.
    • If you beat the Boss Rush, you’ll receive the second piece of the Broken Shovel, creating Mom’s Shovel.
    • Next, discover the Grave Room on the Dark Room floor, which should have a solitary patch of soil in the center. The Forgotten will be opened if you use Mom’s Shovel while standing in the dirt.

The Lost

    • The Lamb is a hidden boss that can only be accessed by beating Satan five times while carrying The Negative item.
  2. Alternatively injuring yourself on the spikes in a Sacrifice Room 12 times on the same floor would result in a 50% probability of being teleported to the floor where The Lamb awaits.
    • For every hit on the spikes after the 12th, this 50% probability is rerolled.
