Handling over 250 top creators who have worked with India’s leading brands, Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, Co-Founder & CEO of Trinity Gaming, granted us this interview and shares his thoughts on how newcomers can start a solid career in gaming with the support of his organization.

Rajnandini: India is undoubtedly a hub of budding India Gaming Creators, how did you come up with the idea of a structured gaming talent management firm?

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: “The response to your question is indeed reflected in the question itself. We could not overlook the fact that Indian gamers are experiencing immense growth therefore we felt the need of establishing a gaming talent management firm to help these creators find a better direction towards their career in gaming. We at trinity aim to help them monetize their craft and make them aware of more possible opportunities available for them in near future.”

Rajnandini: How is Trinity Gaming helping creators with a viable profession to earn money yet enjoy working in a space that one is passionate about?

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: “This may be a tricky question as we just provide our creators with a path to follow from which they can convert their passion to a viable profession to earn money. We aim to connect our creators with potential brands to collaborate with; this not only helps in the growth of our creator but also the partnered brands. With a tagline of Game, Connect and Build, Trinity Gaming helps beginners to make a serious career out of their passion in content creation.”

Rajnandini: Trinity Gaming looks very promising, but gaming creators are wondering how handholding beginners help in creating a concrete career option? Can you pls shed some light on this?

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: “This may seem interesting that we highly focus on beginners because of the passion and dedication to create a name in the industry. We help beginners to take a concrete step and reach a level where they can work towards building their own creator value. This step will be beneficial for the creator and also for Trinity Gaming for maintaining long term relationships with the creators.”

Rajnandini: Can you walk us through the Growth Trajectory for Trinity Gaming from its inception? 

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: “Trinity Gaming was founded in 2019, we had an employee base of just 5-6 employees and a few content creators. We aimed to help our content creators grow and become gaming sensations, to our surprise we could make it. Later, we became Content Service Providers for Facebook, therefore, managing more than 200 creators like Dynamo, Shreeman Legend, Antaryami, Jonathan & Alpha Clasher under the shadow of Trinity Gaming. This was one of the greatest milestones achieved by us following by many more. Later in 2021, we partnered with the leading game development company Krafton for handling the game Battlegrounds Mobile India. To date, we have just taken a step towards our overall growth and we are striving to promote more gaming creators every day.” 

Rajnandini: How does Trinity Gaming help game creators master and monetize their craft, proudly serving some of India’s largest channels and brands alike?

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: “We foresighted the need of having a Talent Management Firm for the gaming industry where gamers can be handheld to make a career. Trinity Gaming has a dedicated team of creator managers who work closely which each and every creator to cater to their issues. We aim to individually lookout at the performances of our creators and help them with strategies that could help them grow more. Simultaneously, the team looks for brands that can collaborate with our creators which can help them monetize their skills.”

Rajnandini: How does Trinity Gaming help Brands to create and build innovative branding strategies? What is the driving fuel behind it?

Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal: Trinity Gaming also has a dedicated business development team that solely works for connecting with brands. The team focuses on developing brand strategies and campaigns. We try to match the band expectations in terms of their marketing campaigns through integrating with gaming influencers or esports tournaments. Due to the fast-paced and competitive environment brands are looking out for innovative ideas to tap the market regardless of the commercials involved. Nowadays what brands are looking out for concepts that our team highly focuses on.”
