The Book of Boba Fett Episode 5: The Mandalorian Fans Can Rejoice!

The Book of Boba Fett Episode 5 The Mandalorian Fans Can Rejoice

Star Wars Universe’s latest series The Book of Boba Fett is no Mandalorian, but it is entertaining in its own ways. Ever since The Mandalorian Season 2, Star Wars fans having been waiting for new live action content and TBOBF acts as a fine appetizer. In its four episodes run so far, series has seen one good episode, two average episodes, as well as a terrible one. Episode 4 was one of the average ones but something which happened towards the end of the episode, got the fans tremendously hyped!

Credits Can Buy Muscle

While preparing for the upcoming war with the Pykes, Boba Fett is looking for some more muscle to hire. This is when Fennec Shand portrayed by Ming-Na Wen says, “Credits can buy muscle if you know where to look”. There’s nothing special about this, but what made fans go nuts was the score that played right after it. Keen eared fans instantly recognised it to be The Mandalorian theme.

The Mandalorian’s score was composed by Ludwig Gorransson who is also the composer for The Book of Boba Fett. Main theme of The Mandalorian is something which is considered to be one of the best pieces of composition in the modern era. So, its no surprise that Mando is defined by that theme and fans instantly recognised it. In fact, I for one, started rooting for Mando’s theme to play in the credits (Not that TBOBF theme is any bad either).

So, just like me, every fan of The Mandalorian was waiting for him to appear in the series. It seems like we’ll be getting that real soon!

Will Din Djarin Appear in Episode 5?

You bet he would! Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin, known as Mando will surely appear in Episode 5 of The Book of Boba Fett. They won’t tease us with his signature theme for nothing and it’s something all of us expected to happen. It blew fans’ mind when Boba Fett was shown to be alive in The Mandalorian season 2. And what was expected to be a cameo, turned out to be a full-blown role for the rest of the season.

With Boba Fett’s help Mando was able to achieve his objective of delivering Grogu (Baby Yoda) to the Jedi Order. So, it’s time for Mando now to return the favor and help out his friend in need. Last we saw, Mando came out to be the true owner of the Darksaber after defeating Moff Gideon. So, with the Darksaber and Beskar Spear by his side, Mando is a force to be reckoned with. So, hiring him will greatly benefit Fett as well as the viewers who are rooting to see him since long.

As I stated above The Book of Boba Fett is not as great as The Mandalorian was, be it the performances, storyline, or technicalities. But it is surely worth a watch till now. With Din Djarin possibly joining the adventure from next episode, it could be a delight for Star Wars fans. So, if you are skeptical about watching TBOBF, I’d ask you to go for it, just for the sake of The Mandalorian. But do not expect to be anything ground breaking, or close to the magic of The Mandalorian.
