Eiichiro Oda‘s One Piece is one of the most famous manga and anime series of all time. And the anime series is not just famous for its vast array of characters, but a lot of very well-written characters. Which isn’t limited to the heroes. One Piece villains have left some drastic impact on both the viewers and the series as a whole.
One Piece is one of the “Big Three” anime series, alongside Bleach and Naruto. And in this article, we have decided to talk about the amazing antagonists in the series.
What we are about to tell you is a list of the most important One Piece villains and their ages, height, and crew. The data that is being used, refers to the post-timeskip era. Before we approach every one of the characters individually, here is a quick overview:

1. Big Mom
- Age: 68
- Height: 880 cm (28’10½”)

Charlotte Linlin aka Big Mom is the main antagonist of the Whole Cake Island arc. She is one of the Four Emperors, captain of their pirate gang, and a former member of the Rocks gang. Possessing the Soul fruit, she is able to transfer souls from people into inanimate objects.
Her ability allows her to create homies who can fight by her side. It can also alter a person’s lifespan at will.
2. Donquixote Doflamingo

- Crew: The Donquixote Pirates
Arguably the evilest man in the entirety of One Piece. And it’s impossible for fans to not remember the former King of Dressrosa. Doflamingo has carried out several crimes that are unbelievable for most people. He killed his dad and his brother without showing any mercy.
But what really features Doflamingo‘s evil are the yearnings he is competing for. Not world domination, but world destruction. While he isn’t the most powerful villain in One Piece, he is absolutely the most wicked one.
3. Katakuri
- Age: 48
- Height: 509 cm (16’8″)
- Crew: The Big Mom Pirates
One of the Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, Charlotte Katakuri is Big Mom’s second child. Also, he is the Minister of Flour. Before his fight against Luffy, Katakuri had an unbeaten record which was extremely impressive. He ate the Mochi Mochi no Mi, which is a paramecia-type devil fruit, and it allows him to create and control mochi at will.
Cold and solitary, in public, he shows an extremely quiet and refined mentality. While in private, he uncovers himself as greedy with next to no limitation as much as Big Mom. In spite of that, he shows a great sense of loyalty and honor towards whoever he feels is worthy of merit.
4. Enel

- Height: 266 cm (8’9″)
- Crew: God’s Army
Enel is a former god on Skypeia. He has the force of the Thunder Fruit, which allows him to create lightning and transform it into electricity. He also has the Observation Haki, which permits him to anticipate attacks or read people’s minds.
Enel hails from the sky island of Birka, which so far is only known to produce strong fighters and was destroyed by Eneru upon his departure. Enel is also very perceptive and has an amazing ability to adapt.
5. Bartolomeo
- Age: 24
- Height: 220 cm (7’3″)
- Crew: The Barto Club
Captain of the Barto Club. Also named as “Man-Eating Bartolomeo“. His Devil Fruit is the Barrier-Barrier Fruit, capable of creating a barrier that does not allow any attack to get through. A fun take in our list of one piece villains.
He is brutal and cruel, so feared that he is called the “Crazy Rookie”. And ranked no. 1 on the “Pirates We Most Wish Would Dissapear” list.
6. Blackbeard
- Age: 40
- Height: 344 cm (11’3½”)
- Crew: The Whitebeard Pirates
Marshall D. Teach, aka Blackbeard, is an admiral of the Blackbeard gang. Also a former member of the 2nd division of the Whitebeard Pirates, and like Luffy, he has the goal of becoming the Pirate King. Despite his looks, Blackbeard is a very calculating individual who doesn’t take needless risk.
He perfectly planned his rise to the status of a Yonko, which shows his intelligence. He’s the only character who possesses two devil fruits; Gura Gura no Mi, a paramecia-type devil fruit, and Yami Yami no Mi, a logia-type devil fruit.
7. Kizaru
- Age: 58
- Height: 302 cm (9’11”)
- Crew: The Marines
Borsalino, better known as Kizaru, is one of the three Admirals of the Navy. In Nico Robin’s first meeting with Aokiji, Kizaru came on the screen for the first time. He is the only Admiral who keeps his position after the time skip. Akainu being promoted to Chief Admiral after winning his fight against Aokiji, who left the ranks of the Navy.
He is the main antagonist of the Sabaody Arc. He is one of the main protagonists of the Marineford Arc along with his fellow admirals. His epithet means “Yellow Monkey“. A hot take in the list of One piece villains.
8. Kaido
- Age: 59
- Height: 710 cm (23’4″)
- Crew: The Beasts Pirates
Kaido is the main antagonist of the Wano arc. He is also the captain of the Beasts Pirate gang, a former member of the Rocks gang, and one of the Four Emperors. Regarded as the strongest being in the world, he has eaten a devil fruit that allows him to transform into a dragon or daracomen. Kaido suffers from mood swings, which are significantly influenced by alcohol.
Kaido wiped out several members of the Worst Generation with relative ease, which shows his incredible power. Luffy got beated by Kaido twice and requires help before he can totally take down Kaido.
9. Arlong
- Age: 41
- Height: 263 cm (8’7″)
- Crew: The Arlong Pirates
Arlong is the main protagonist of the Arlong Arc. He is a former commander of the Sun Pirates gang and the former captain of the Arlong gang. He is a fishman, which is why he has a shark-like nose.
Arlong has a strong hatred towards human, and he would never pass up a chance to torment them.
10. Charlotte Cracker
- Age: 45
- Height: 307 cm (10’1″)
- Crew: The Big Mom Pirates
Charlotte Cracker is the tenth son of Big Mom and the Minister of Biscuits. Being a violent, ruthless man, he has a small and handsome physique. Cracker has in fact ingested the Bisco-Bisco fruit, which allows him to generate cookies in unlimited quantities and use them at will.
Luffy struggled to beat Cracker and required Nami’s assistance to take down the Sweet Commander. A worthy one-piece villain to be praised.
