ID’s Mean Girl Murders follows death of Tiffany Boyer

mean girl murders

ID’s Mean Girl Murders recently covered the horrific story of Tiffany Boyer’s death. The 29-year-old single mother went missing in August 2015. Police found her deceased body after three months of searching. According to medical reports, Boyer was beaten brutally before she succumbed to a head injury.

The perpetrators behind the crime were eventually arrested and prosecuted. They believed Boyer was the reason for the sudden disappearance of their friend, Robert “Machete Bob” McGuire.

Boyer had previously accused McGuire of sexual assault, but no concrete proof was found. McGuire’s grave was later found near (Los) Lunas, New Mexico.
Let us go through all the information we know about the case.

Tiffany Boyer was a single mother of two children

According to the news, Boyer had gone through two failed relationships and two children. She was devoted to her kids but didn’t hold full custody, making her free to hang out at local clubs and bars.
Born on December 25, 1985, she suffered a major head injury at the age of five. Her brother had flung a mid-size rock at her, fracturing her skull, which led to brain surgery. This resulted in her suffering from seizures at the age of 12.
Boyer’s mother Teresa shared that her daughter was a “people pleaser” and could make people’s day “better.”
According to her friend, Kristal Mejia, Boyer was “playful and fearless,” and never afraid of things. She worked as a nursing attendant to a disabled old person.

Disappearance and death

The problem began when Tiffany Boyer was accused of stealing from work. McGuire decided to question Boyer and warned her regarding the stealing allegation. She later started accusing him of sexual assault, however, her allegations were mostly treated as false rumors.

McGuire disappeared soon after the rumors started spreading. Around a week after that news of Tiffany Boyer’s was reported to the police. Teresa, Boyer’s mom, had filed a missing complaint.

Police decided to question Boyer’s boyfriend Jake Seale in September 2015. He revealed that he had witnessed people force Boyer into a car on August 19, 2015. Fearing her safety, he decided to tag along with the party. The group took both Seale and Boyer to a house, tied their hands, and shoved them into a closet.

Seale told the police that Boyer was later taken out of the closet and beaten up by the group. He could hear her screams and other sounds from the closet. Further, he was dropped between Pennsylvania and Chico NE and told to keep silent about the topic.

After that, police questioned their prime suspect, Shawna Canon, who acknowledged her crime. She further added that they used a former convict named Robert Rose’s house in Paloma to commit the crime, and also named Stephanie Stepp as an accomplice. William Paul Alexander and Joshua Taramasco were two more names connected to the murder.

According to the offenders, Paul hit her head with a hammer after Stepp failed to suffocate Boyer. Then they left her body in the forest for animals to consume.
Tiffany Boyer’s body was found months later when a landowner in the area found a garbage bag filled with blood-stained items like clothes, plastic, gloves, towels, etc. It took the police 3000 hours to finally discover her body.

What happened to Robert “Machete Bob” McGuire?

The mystery of McGuire’s disappearance was revealed after the arrest of Adrian Apodaca. He is a hitman who shot McGuire with a crossbow and later buried him with the help of his girlfriend.
According to Apodaca, Boyar told him that McGuire had raped her, which infuriated him. He told her that he was “sick” of people disrespecting women and will take care of McGuire. However, there is no proof to back his claims.
