The spokesperson told TMZ that this story was only made up and there was no truth about it at all.
“This story is completely fabricated, and the claim is unequivocally false,” the rep said.
A source allegedly close to the situation also told the publication that Will is considering legal action after Brother’s revelation.
So far, Will has yet to break his silence about the issue, while Duane remains mum about it.

Brother Bilaal made the malicious claim about Will Smith and Duane Martin in an interview with Tasha K. As the former assistant and friend of Jada’s husband, Brother formed a close relationship with the award-winning star.
However, he recounted one horrific incident when he was looking for Will and saw him having an an*l intercourse with Duane in the latter’s dressing room.
“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room, and that’s when I see Duane having an*l s*x with Will,” he said.
He even pictured that Will was bent over the couch with Duane behind his back, “killing and murdering him.” “It was murder in there,” he continued.
Brother also talked about Will’s s*x life with Jada, saying if a woman was used to the size of a “baby leg” and a man came in with a “pinky tone,” the guy would do everything to please her. “If she itching for that baby leg, she want that baby leg,” he added.

And amid all these controversies surrounding Will, he felt like everyone in Hollywood was trying to destroy the actor.
Another claimed that though this might only be rumors, there might be some “truths” to it. @zoraslovechild added that these rumors between the two actors have been swirling for a decade.
Lastly, MrMokelly revealed that personal assistants usually sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), and Will has all the rights to sue.
