Ousama Ranking is getting a special side story instead of Season 2
- As fans eagerly await any updates on the highly anticipated second season of Ranking of Kings, WIT Studio has announced a special treat for them in the form of a ‘side story’ titled Treasure Chest of Courage.
- This special release is scheduled for April 13, 2023. The number of episodes for Treasure Chest of Courage has not yet been confirmed, nor has it been clarified if it will be a one-off special or a series.
What to expect from this new side story?
The above trailer revealed the opening theme, GOLD by PEOPLE 1, and the ending theme, Atemonaku by Aimer for the series.
In this special story, viewers will learn more about the Kage clan and witness a non-villainous portrayal of Prince Ouken. These implications suggest that flashbacks will feature heavily in the special. It will most likely take place within the Bosse Kingdom.
