From the surface, the place looks isolated, and we can see only Lil Jay and the inmate, who kisses him and then sits on his lap. Reports suggest that the other inmate is a transgender person, as seen from their effeminate behavior and dressing.
However, given that the facility houses male prisoners, the other inmate is also assumed to be male on official records. The inmate sits on Lil Jay’s lap, close to his crotch area. The action seems purely sexual in nature.Â
