Just like the App Store or Google Play, the GPT Store also works the same. It holds millions of GPTs, which builders created to help other users. • Why aren’t the custom chatbots free to use? Builders can earn from their GPTs, and that’s one (or the main reason) why the GPT Store is under paid subscription. According to OpenAI, a GPT builder revenue program will be introduced in Q1, and for now, US builders will be paid based on user engagement.
