One of the most famous arcade fighting games ever made, the Tekken franchise is going to release its newest title, Tekken 8. Bandai Namco has not announced the official release date for the game. But the good news for Tekken fans is that anyone can join the closed network test on July 21. While there is no information about the full playable fighters for the full game yet, there are a few confirmed characters that players can play during the closed network test. In this article, we are going to show you all the playable characters to play in Tekken 8 closed network test.

Jin Kazama

Fighting style: Karate

Jin Kazama hated the devil’s blood that flowed through his veins and wanted to put a stop to the devil’s lineage. He teamed up with Lars Alexandersson, and the two of them came up with a strategy to get rid of Kazuya Mishima, the other devil gene carrier.

Kazuya Mishima

Fighting style: Karate

Kazuya Mishima continually wants to rule the world by using all of his devil strength. He went on with his efforts to topple the Mishima Zaibatsu after defeating his father Heihachi Mishima.

Paul Phoenix

Fighting style: MMA based on Judo

A hot-blooded martial artist with aspirations to rule the universe as the best fighter, Paul Phoenix. With the goal of winning the cash, he participated in the seventh “The King of Iron Fist Tournament.”

But when the tournament’s organizer disappeared and the competition was put on hold, Paul was left with only a small portion of the prize money, forcing him into a life of extreme poverty.

Marshall Law

Fighting style: Martial Arts

Marshall Law is a well-known martial arts expert who even owns and operates a dojo. But because of his son’s motorbike accident, he was in debt, and in an effort to pay it off, he neglected his dojo, which led to an enormous drop in the number of pupils who came to train.

Nina Williams

Fighting style: Assassination Arts

Nina is a master of the deadly arts and a hired assassin who goes by the alias “Silent Assassin.” She worked with the Mishima Zaibatsu and commanded the ‘Tekken Force’ special forces group. She quit the squad, nevertheless, to act as a freelance assassin after the attempt to rescue Jin Kazama was unsuccessful.

Later, Nina is hired by Kazuya Mishima to be his direct subordinate, and he gives her the position of commander of the G Corporation.

Hwoarang

Fighting style: Taekwondo

Both the head of a street fraud team and a Taekwondo pupil of Baek Doo San prior to the third King of Iron Fist Tournament, Hwoarang once came upon several Mishima Zaibatsu colleagues. Jin Kazama was a member of this group, and as a result, he experienced his first-ever combat draw.

Jack-8

Fighting style: Sheer Force

G-Corp’s top humanoid weapon is Jack-8. A developer assigned to the Jack series named Jane dedicated her entire life to creating the Jack prototype. She created a much more advanced AI than the Jack-7 model for the next-generation Jack, capable of learning with extraordinary speed and precision.

King

Fighting style: Professional Wrestling

In addition to managing an orphanage on the side, King is a pro wrestler who competes often. The number of children in need of his assistance has increased due to the devastation caused by the world-wide conflict between G Corporation and the Mishima Zaibatsu.

In order to get the money needed to assist all those children, he intends to stage a spectacle that goes well beyond the glaring arena lights.

Lars Alexandersson

Fighting style: Tekken Force Martial Arts

Heihachi Mishima’s illegitimate child Lars serves as the commander of the rebel army opposing G Corp. Many members of the Tekken Force Personnel joined Lars as he overthrew the Zaibatsu. Soon after the coup, he created the Yggdrasil rebel army and gathered more military power in preparation for an uprising against Kazuya Mishima.

Jun Kazama

Fighting style: Traditional Martial Arts

The mother of Jin Kazama and a skilled martial artist in the Kazama Style is Jun Kazama. From a very young age, Jun showed an ability for communicating with animals. She later worked for a conservation organization as a wildlife surveillance officer, when she pursued Kazuya Mishima, who was thought to be smuggling endangered species.

Ling Xiaoyu

Fighting style: Baguazhang, Chinese Martial Arts

Young and gifted martial artist Ling Xiaoyu had a dream of creating China’s ideal amusement park. She learned about Heihachi Mishima, proprietor of the prosperous and resource-rich Mishima Zaibatsu, from her tutor and distant relative Wang Jinrei.

Xiaoyu was taken in by the Mishima Zaibatsu as a ward. She enrolled at the Mishima Polytechnical School and made friends with Jin Kazama, Heihachi’s grandson.

Asuka Kazama

Fighting style: Traditional Martial Arts

Asuka practices traditional martial arts in the Kazama style and is a member of the Kazama family. She was raised in the traditional martial arts of her family and had a strong sense of justice early on. She had a reputation for resolving conflicts in the community all across Osaka.

Leroy Smith

Fighting style: Wing Chun

Leroy was born and raised in New York, but when he was smaller, gang violence killed his entire family. The streets became a battleground as a result of an all-out gang conflict in which even the police and politicians worked for gangs. He traveled the world working as a dealer until he saw Wing Chun in Hong Kong one day and decided to stay and study the martial art.

Lili

Fighting style: Gymnastics and street fighting

Emilie “Lili” De Rochefort is the sole child of a powerful oil mogul from Monaco. Lili grew up in luxury because of her rich background. Lili was taken hostage and kept for ransom four years prior to the fifth King of Iron Fist Tournament.

Lili’s violent attempts to escape imprisonment and eventual victory over one of her kidnappers created in her a desire for conflict.

Bryan Fury

Fighting style: Kickboxing

The Interpol Division of the Hong Kong Police Force was familiar to Bryan as a police officer. Despite persistent unfavorable rumors, he was a talented detective. Bryan had contacts to drug dealers, according to research into the narcotics trade conducted by fellow Hong Kong Interpol detective Lei Wulong.

Claudio Serafino

Fighting style: Exorcism Sorcery

Claudio serves as the de facto leader of the Archers of Sirius, an illustrious group of exorcists who have been driving away evil forces for centuries. He was forced into joining the squad when Mishima Zaibatsu chief Heihachi Mishima made contact with the Archers of Sirius.
