BigHit Music and Disney+ have unveiled the trailer of BTS’ upcoming documentary series, ‘BTS Monuments Beyond The Star’ which will trace the decade-long journey of the global superstars in the K-pop industry. The first teaser captures glimpses of their highs, lows, and Pandemic struggles that resulted in the cancelation of their Map Of The Soul world tour. BTS Monuments Beyond The Star teaser released

Disney+ series focusing on South Korean boy group’s decade-long journey from monster rookies in the K-pop industry to Grammy-nominated global artists has unveiled its first teaser. The clip begins by showing BTS leader RM from his debut era prepping the group for their performance at 8 o’clock sharp.

The scene transitions to SUGA joking about how he wished to run away due to the pressure as an Idol trainee. Only for the scene to transit into capturing the group’s multiple wins on prestigious stages over the years. They celebrate, they win, and they progress at the speed of lightning but one of the biggest challenges for them was yet to come.

‘For the first time, the time stood still’ the caption reads as BTS learns their world tour is canceled due to the Pandemic. The group that gave their everything, tirelessly working each day, to dash towards their dream, had to learn to adapt to the new normal.

 

Although the members only showed their bright personalities to their fans at the time, the new documentary captures their challenges and heartfelt remembrance of their journey. It is going to be an emotional sequence of interviews highlighting the emotions that the members have previously mentioned in their book ‘Beyond The Story.’

The fans of BTS, ARMYs have shared their reactions to the highly-anticipated docuseries of the group. Although they have shared many moments of this journey with the members, they couldn’t help but once again feel sad seeing the reactions of seven members when they were told about the tour’s cancelation.

Many have also appreciated how the members kept going and managed to overcome their struggles with better music, performances, and powerful comebacks after the disappointment of the Map Of The Soul tour cancelation.
