Tragic news emerged on Sunday when a teen equestrian, Hannah Serfass from Florida died while participating in a competition at the Fox Lea Farm Spring Concours I, situated about 70 miles from Tampa. According to reports, the unfortunate incident occurred after the horse she was riding tripped and experienced a rotational fall. This led to the 15-year-old being thrown off the animal and the horse falling on her head.
The US Equestrian Federation expressed their deep condolences for Hannah Serfass’ death in a statement. The US Equestrian Federation released a statement expressing their condolences and praising Hannah’s talent, passion for horses, natural ability, and work ethic. The statement also revealed that Hannah trained under Robin Swinderman. Haanah was an up-and-coming young rider who showed a lot of promise before the unfortunate incident occurred.

From a young age, Hannah showed a natural affinity for competitive sports. She began as a gymnast until the fourth grade, when she shifted her focus to horse riding. Additionally, she was a member of the Wildwood Middle High School Track Team and participated in running events.
