- The Secret of the Spring can be started after reading a note.
- You will find the note in the area overlooking the Forsaken Quarry Dungeon. This is located in the Fractured Peaks region.
- The note would read a puzzle on interacting which states “Beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s grace.”
- Head northwest to find a spring.
- Open your emote wheel (hotkey: E).
- Click on customize option to equip the “Wait” emote.
- Locate and left-click the Wait emote.
- Hit “Save Changes” after left-clicking on a blank space under “Customise Right Wheel”.
- Use the Wait emote.
- To complete the quest, open the buried chest and interact with it.

- Renown: 20
- Gold and Experience: Depends on Character Level
What is Renown?
Renown is a progression system in Diablo 4. In each of the main game regions, players can learn up to five Renown levels. A player receives rewards for completing a level, like gold, skill points, more healing potion charges, etc.
