  • Up to 4 bullets will charge if a player enters the circle and will all hit the target when the user shoots the weapon.
  • The critical hit will always come from the fourth bullet of the burst.

Where to find the Lock-on Pistol in Fortnite?

• Finding a Lock-On Pistol in Fortnite shouldn’t be too challenging because they may be discovered on the ground, in chests, or via supply drops.
• It can spawn as floor loot and chest loot because it is typically discovered as a Blue rarity weapon. It cannot be found more easily or frequently in any one area. 
• The Lock On Pistol is more likely to be discovered on the ground while exploring the island, just like any other Pistol.

How to Shoot using the Lock-on Pistol in Fortnite?

• The Lock On Pistol is designed to be used while moving quickly or when attempting to hit a moving target.
• With this pistol in hand, you can aim down sights to see a blue circle. If you can keep your target inside of this circle, purple markers will start to appear.

  

• Hold the charge long enough and the four markers should appear.
• As soon as you start shooting, a certain number of marks will display, representing the number of shots the pistol will fire.

Fortnite’s Zero-Build vs Build Mode: Lock-on Pistol Effectiveness

It is suggested to only use the Lock-on Pistol in Fortnite’s Zero-Build mode. It is because you have to aim it for a little bit longer for it to be more effective. In build mode, players must be masters of multitasking, every second counts. This might cause some players not be able to aim, shoot, and build at the same time.

Nonetheless, it has been shown that certain skilled players may soon be able to properly manage and wield this weapon in whatever other modes they want. In Fortnite’s Zero-Build mode, casual players can train with and become proficient with the Lock-in Pistol.
