How to share V-Bucks through Shared Wallet feature in Fortnite

To be able to share V-Bucks across all eligible platforms with the use of the Shared Wallet, you have to link your accounts first. Specifically, you have to link your PlayStation or Xbox account to your Epic Games account to do this. Listed below are the steps you need to follow if you haven’t done this yet

Link Epic Games account to console through Epic Games website

If you want to link your Epic Games account to your console minus the hassle of turning on your console, you can choose this method. To do this, you’ll have to head over to Epic Games’ official website. You can access it here.

Then, sign in to your account and bring your cursor over to your display name. A menu will pop out and when you see the ‘Account’ option, click on it. Afterwards, go to the ‘Connections’ section where you can access the accounts connected to your Epic Games profile.

Once you see the Accounts section, choose the Connect option for the type of account you wish to link with Epic Games. A pop-up window will appear where you need to sign in with the account you use for whichever console. After confirming, you have now successfully linked your PlayStation or Xbox account with Epic Games.

Link Epic Games account through console (PlayStation or Xbox)

To link your console account with Epic Games, all you have to do is log onto Fortnite and go through the process of linking an account. You will be given a code which you have to enter on this website. You can enter the code through your smartphone or computer. Then, all you have to do is sign in with your Epic Games account. You’ll also get a confirmation message letting you know that you have successfully linked Epic Games to your console.

Accessing purchased V-Bucks on other platforms

If you bought V-Bucks through the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store, you have to log onto your console first before it is accessible on your Shared Wallet. After confirming that they’re in your account through console log-in, that’s when you can use the V-Bucks on other platforms.

Moreover, V-Bucks earned through Battle Pass is also available through the Fortnite Shared Wallet system.

Hi, Jamie! If you purchased it through the PlayStation Store, try logging into Fortnite on your PS console first and check your V-Bucks if it updated. After confirming that the funds are in your Fortnite account, then you can try logging into Fortnite on other platforms. Let me know how it goes!
