In Genshin Impact, Fatui Harbingers are a group of nefarious individuals who mainly have an ominous aura associated with them. But even then, they are not wholly one-dimensional. They might have a more reasonable and positive approach at certain times when they are not scheming their evil plans. With the release of Fontaine getting close, some leaks are surfacing, hinting at the possible Fatui Harbingers who would be playable in Genshin Impact.
Childe (Tartaglia) and Wanderer (formerly Scaramouche) are two such characters with close relationships with the Traveler. Thus, we see them as playable characters in the game, accompanying and lending their power to the players on their adventures.

Columbina (Damselette)
Columbina is the third most powerful Harbinger within the group’s rank. She might be one of the extremely dangerous characters as we see both Childe and Wanderer warning and advising the traveler to be wary of her from their voice lines.
- In the ‘A Winter Night’s Lazzo’ teaser, we see her caressing Signora’s coffin, giving her an unsettling appearance.
- While most Harbingers have a clear-cut goal, Columbina is more mysterious and vague in that department. According to her personality, she is mostly indifferent to external actions and maintains a peculiar yet calm and composed nature.
- Information regarding her elemental powers, or the weapon she might wield is not disclosed yet. Columbina is a possible candidate for playable characters that we might see in the future.
Sandrone (Marionette)
Determined by her powers, Sandrone is placed 7th as a member of the Harbingers. She is adept in the art of making puppets and automatons. She remains engrossed in her research concerning these mechanisms, intending to create various machines that can serve various functions.
- Since her in-game appearance is strikingly similar to Guizhong, the God of Dust, there are various theories that she might be a resurrected version of that God who has lost her memory.
- Another similarity between these two characters is that both are riveted and skilled in creating machines.
- Sandrone can be seen sitting on the palm of a Rune Guard, which she supposedly created and has control over.
- It would be interesting to see her character design if she becomes a playable character. We might see the giant machine as a part of her, or it might be something that appears and assists her during the activation of the elemental skill/burst.
Arlecchino (The Knave)
Arlecchino is a lesser-ranked Fatui Harbinger, sitting in the tenth position. According to voice lines from both Childe and Wanderer, she puts her personal goals and gains above all. This character might even go as far as to betray Tsaritsa the Cryo Archon if it aligns with her motivation.
- In the ‘A Winter Night’s Lazzo’ teaser, she can be seen visibly upset about Signora’s death and expresses her disgust over the trivial formalities of her colleague to honor her sacrifice.
- Arlecchino is responsible for the undertakings at the House of Hearth, an orphanage that takes in children and trains them to be part of the Fatui force. With these evil connotations, seeing if we get her as a playable character should be interesting.
