Pokemon Legends: Arceus – All Mythical Pokemon + Where to Find Them

Pokemon Legends: Arceus have 18 Mythical and Legendary Pokemon which have always been the most desirable pokemon among all the game franchise. But before catching any of them, you have to complete the main story first.

These Legendary Pokemon are not easy to catch especially Arceus since you have to complete your Pokedex (aside from the actual battle) before making it appear.

Here are some general tips before you start your quest in catching the Legendaries. 

  1. Always SAVE progress before heading to battle
  2. Bring enough items and the right team for battle
  3. Complete your Research / Pokedex along the way of the main story.

  • Request #66 in blackboard Galaxy Hall
  • Catch and include Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil in your party

Lake Guardians

Uxie Lake Acuity
  • Speak with Cogita after completing Main Story (follow Volo’s quest)
Azelf Lake Valor
  • Speak with Cogita after completing Main Story (follow Volo’s quest)
Mesprit Lake Verity
  • Speak with Cogita after completing Main Story (follow Volo’s quest)

Molten Arena Legend

Heatran Molten Arena, Firespit Island – Cobalt Coastlands
  • Story Mission #22
  • Pelt with Mud Balls to break the shield
  • You will then obtain Iron Plate which will be used before entering Regigigas chamber.

Moonview Arena Legend

Cresselia Moonview Arena – Coronet Highlands
  • Story Mission #23
  • Speak to Warden Melli after Completing Mission #23 to battle and catch Cresselia
  • Afterwards, Dread Plate will be obtain once Cresselia is caught or defeated.

The Legendary Titan

Regigigas Snow Point Temple
  • Story Mission #24
  • Obtain 3 Plates
    • Iron Plate – Catch Heatran
    • Icicle Plate – Defeat Avalugg
    • Stone Plate – Defeat Alpha Vespiquen
  • You will obtain Dread Plate after catching Regigigas once it’s done

God of After Life

Giratina Turnback Cave – Cobalt Costlands Area
  • Complete Cogita’s Quest
  • Catch Giratina and Unlock Origine Forme
    • Collect 17 Mysterious Plates
    • Defeat Volo and Giratina
    • Complete Request #91 of Professor Laventon
  • You will obtain Griseous Core after catching Giratina – This allows Giratina to transform between Altered and Origine Formes

The Forces of Nature

Landorus Ramanos Island – Obsidian Fieldlands
  • Request #94 – Catch or Defeat Giratina
  • Throw pokeball first then engange in battle before it recovers
  • Requires Reveal Glass to switch Incarnate and Therian Forms
Thundurus Coastland Campsite – Cobalt Coastlands
  • Request #94 – Catch or Defeat Giratina
  • Appears only during Rainstorm
  • Throw pokeball first then engange in battle before it recovers
  • Requires Reveal Glass to switch Incarnate and Therian Forms
Tornadus Bonechill Wastes – Alabaster Icelands
  • Request #94 – Catch or Defeat Giratina
  • Appears only during Snowstorm
  • Throw pokeball first then engange in battle before it recovers
  • Requires Reveal Glass to switch Incarnate and Therian Forms
Enamorus Scarlet Bog – Crimson Mirelands
  • Catch or defeat Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus
  • Speak to Cogita to find Enamorus
  • Use smokebombs for “invisibility” – easier to catch when unaware

The Nightmare and The Gratitude

Darkrai Clamberclaw Cliffs – Coronet Highlands
  • Requires save data either from Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl (any save data, even w/o progress), Request #93 in blackboard in Galaxy Hall will be available
  • Appears only during nighttime
Shaymin Floaro Gardens – Obsidian Fieldlands
  • Requires save data either from Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl (any save data, even w/o progress), Request #92 in blackboard in Galaxy Hall will be available
  • Speak to Medi in Fieldlands Camp for the quest
  • The Gracidea Flower from Medi can be used during daytime to transform Shaymin in to Land Forme

The Gods of Diamond and Pearl Clan

Dialga Temple of Sinnoh – Coronet High Lands
  • Unlocked within End of Main Story, battle and catch
  • To Unlock Dialga’s Origin Forme
    • Find Adaman in Lake Valor and Diamond Settlement
    • Afterwards, beat Adaman in Battle for Adamant Crystal
    • The Adamant Crystal can be used to Transform Dialga in to Origine Forme.
Palkia Temple of Sinnoh – Coronet High Lands
  • Unlocked within the End of Main Story, battle and catch
  • To Unlock Palkias’s Origin Forme
    • Find Irida near Pearl Settlement.
    • Beat Irida in Battle for Lustrous Globe.
    • You can use Lustrous Globe to Transform Palkia in to Origine Forme.

The Alpha Pokemon, The Original One

Arceus Mount Coronet, Temple of Sinnoh – Coronet Highlands Area
  • Complete Pokedex (except Manaphy, Phione, Shaymin, Darkrai, and Arceus)
  • Use Azure Flute at top of Mount Coronet to make Arceus appear
